What this site collects

Almost nothing. This site has no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no ad pixels. If we ever add a visitor counter, it will be a privacy-respecting one that doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites, and this page will say so.

What happens when you contact us

If you email us or fill out our intake form, we receive what you chose to send: your answers and your email address. We use it for exactly one thing: talking to you about working together. We don't sell it, share it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

The intake form saves your draft answers on your own device (in your browser's local storage) so you don't lose your typing. That draft never leaves your device until you choose to send it.

What happens if you become a client

Client work is governed by your service agreement, which is stricter than this page. The short version of our standing rule: your business's data stays yours, runs in a private setup built for you, and never gets fed into shared platforms or used for anything other than the work you hired us for.

Third parties this site touches

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation code from a public code CDN. Those requests share your IP address with those services, the same as most of the web. That's the full list.

Your rights

Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email trey@tlwbuilds.com and it's done. No forms, no runaround.
